This series will be led by VFit Studio Trainers Maria Sogard and Lauren Ferrara. Maria heads operations at VFit Studio and is a certified nutrition coach focused on clean eating and meal planning. Lauren is an avid marathoner and registered dietitian working closely with clients to learn intuitive eating and engage in a healthy relationship with food.
