Russian President Vladimir Putin
met with his Syrian counterpart,
Bashar al-Assad, on Wednesday,
lauding the progressing relations
between the two countries
Assad said that
the West, after hosting
"old Nazis" during World War Two,
was now supporting
"new Nazis"
Ahead of Putin talks,
Al-Assad laid a wreath at the tomb of
the Unknown Soldier in Moscow
