Great sounding audience tape, one of the best I’ve ever heard.
Rush in top form in their progressive years, performing in Oslo.
Great song selection.
I was once introduced by a friend of mine to Rush.
Both me and him had just discovered Led Zeppelin and he suggested that I should get this guys a chance since they were so utterly good.
I did and for a while I hesitated about Zeppelin and Rush… lol
Inspiring band who blends their progressive rock with classic hard rock to great affect.
You’ll need a listen to this.

Some infos about the taper and uploader (thanks)
Another great show from the latter part of the Hemispheres show.
This audience source was taken from the master cassette and it is almost impossible to tell this is an audience source!
It is absolutely crystal clear, better sounding than some of the Rush soundboards out there. The source is clear enough that you can hear the buzz from the amplifiers during the song breaks.
For a 22 year old source, this is nothing short of a miracle.
The sound is actually a bit better than Work of Gifted Hands - Platinum Edition. The boys play with an incredible amount of energy and enthusiasm this night displaying that rare and elusive balance between pure raw power and expert musicianship.
Geddy is definitely having fun tonight as often reciprocates the fans cheering. While there are some great soundboards from this tour, none have quite the energy and raw excitement of the Oslo show.
This is one of those "must have" shows, get your hands on a copy of this one and you will not be disappointed.
Once again, many sincere thanks to Perb and friend for making this show available to all Rush fans. Be sure to read the liner notes in the artwork for a better explanation of the show from the taper himself.
