In this vlog I head to our garden and collect some Puha aka Sow Thistle. Some locals it call it a type of milkweed as the stem has a milky sap, not to be confused with the poisonous milkweed.
Maori of Aotearoa NZ love cooking this up as a boilup with veges etc.
