Pizza Dough
INGREDIENTS
Pizza Dough: Makes enough dough for two 10 inch pizzas
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 teaspoons of active dry yeast
3 3/4 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Allow dough to rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) for at least 30 minutes.
Bake pizza in the 475°F (245°C) oven until the crust is golden, about 10 minutes.
