Stir Fried Red Spinach Recipe, Laal Saag Bhaji, How To Cook Red Spinach Curry, Red Amaranth #Ingredients :
1. 3 cup fresh red spinach
2. 1/2 cup chopped onion
3. 1/4th cup baby shrimp
4. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
5. 2 tsp garlic paste
6. 1 tsp salt
7. 3/4 piece dried red chili
8. 3 tbsp oil
9. 4-5 piece green chili
Stir Fried Red Spinach Recipe, Laal Saag Bhaji, How To Cook Red Spinach Curry, Red Amaranth #Process :
1. Heat oil in a cooking pan. Add dried red chili and fry this.
2. Add chopped onion. Fry onion until light brown colour.
3. Then add baby shrimp, turmeric powder, garlic paste and salt. Saute all 3-4 minute in high-medium flame.
4. Now add washed red spinach. Add and mix all. Cover the pan for 5 miniute.
5. 5 minutes later, open the lid. Stir and mix all properly. Again cover pan for 5 minutes in medium flame for better sodden.
6. Again 5 minutes later, open the lid. Stir red spinach. Add green chili and mix.
7. Cook this curry for 2 minutes without lid in medium flame.
8. 2 minutes later, put off the flame. Red spinach curry is already done.
9. Now serve and enjoy this delicious curry with rice.
