When a story is in "Resonance" with the music score, emerges the magic of the identity of a story and its main character, when music only is accompanying the images of a movie without telling you the story, that "resonance" is vanished and the identity of the character is lost or weakened. Having said that, in the movie Man of Steel, Howard Shore writes the score of this new version of Superman. Personally I think the music of Shore does not show to the audience the main character of the story, just goes along with the scenes.
I have taken the musical score of Howard Shore off of some of the scenes of Man of Steel, and instead have added the musical score of John Williams, who composed the music for Superman interpreted by Christopher Reeve in 1978. Be the judge of how the music, the character y the story are integrated to discover the identity of the character.
