The intention of this meditation is to release any fear and anxiety that has built up within us over a period of time. Our bodies begin to accumulate and store unresolved tension, stress, fear, and anxiety as a result of the challenges and difficulties we face in life.
In this meditation, we use a technique called ‘attitude breathing’. This technique combines the scientific principles of linguistics and the feelings that we associate with the words, with the language of the breath. Science has discovered a direct correlation between the words we use and how our neurons fire in our heart, as well as in our brain.
We invite you to join us in this healing meditation and release all that doesn’t serve you and experience a state of joy, love, and abundance.
