Croque-monsieur is a French ham and cheese sandwich made with Gruyère cheese, ham, and bechamel sauce toasted in the oven that is usually eaten warm. I had made croque-monsieur for many years since I’ve always liked croque-monsieur, but it got even better when I “borrowed” a couple of idea from a popular croque-monsieur restaurant in Paris. Today, I’d like to share my croque-monsieur recipe with you. I don’t really want to brag about it, but I make really good croque-monsieur. It's a quick and easy meal to prepare and it's delicious. I hope you like it!
