So often – probably more than we like – we find ourselves crunched for time but still needing to squeeze in a run. We wake up late, or we have another commitment we need to get to that compromises our time to workout. We might be tempted to shorten or even skip altogether our warm up, cool down, or both. However doing so can put us as risk for injury.
