In this video review of RTT, my client Ben wanted to help to get unstuck. He discusses how he found the experience of RTT with me, the results he got from just one session of RTT and his advice for anybody thinking of doing RTT.
RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) has become widely known over the last few years. As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and a senior RTT Therapist, I usually advise clients to work with RTT rather than standard hypnotherapy. Why? In my experience, it gets far better results and it gets them quicker. Why? Because RTT is more comprehensive, it is far more personalised and brings together the best of Hypnotherapy and other psychotherapy modes into a coherent and compelling. What's more, the RTT method is one where clients feel supported through the process. But most of all RTT clients typically report the most significant shifts in how they feel.
The aim of RTT is to make a significant difference in how you think, feel and act and allow you to overcome significant issues and blocks in your life.
RTT is widely used to help people overcome anxiety, depression and lack of confidence. Typically RTT delivers significant benefits to people in just 1-3 sessions with your RTT Therapist.
