Video of the first joint academic lecture, organised by the European Commission’s department for Regional Policy and the European Regional Science association. This lecture discussed the Impact of Cohesion Policy on "old" and "new" Member States and was given by Professors John Bachtler & Grzegorz Gorzelak together with Prof. Dr. Daniela-Luminita Constantin. The lecture took place in Brussels on 13 November 2015.
