Chile has been forced to cancel two major international summits after weeks of anti-government protests, namely the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation summit and COP25 Climate Change Conference.
It recently lifted a state of emergency and a military curfew, but protesters have not backed down in their demands for the government to fix their economic woes.
They say President Sebastian Pinera should focus on fixing the country's problems instead.
