Land banking is something I’ve always had a basic understanding of. Still, certain aspects of it have always confused me (like how to predict what the value of land will be 10 years from now), and other parts of it have turned me off (like the idea of just sitting on a property for years).
I’m not an expert in this sub-niche of land investing, but I wanted to get in touch with someone who is, so we could dissect this strategy and figure out how it works.
