Fall is here, and that means it’s time for us to brew some good-old-fashioned hard apple cider. Join us for a series of videos where we test out different batches and tackle the internet's cider-brewing myths. In our first episode, Kyle uses a motor and a couple of pulleys to upgrade an old hand-cranked crusher into a POWER GRINDER. Later in the video, we put it to the test by brewing our first batch.
What’s the difference between chemical and heat pasteurization, and is one better than the other? Which apples make the best cider for your specific taste? How do you speed up the crushing process? We’ll be tackling these questions (and more) in future videos, so stay tuned. Enjoy!
