The 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 assembly is 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 to 10^-12 cc He/sec and when the vacuum is released, it springs right back to the 𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
