No Knead No butter! I've never had such a simple and delicious bread/bun recipe
Ingredients:
300g All-purpose or bread flour
1 Egg
170-180ml Milk
25g/2tbsp White sugar
3g/1tsp Instant yeast
3g/½tsp Salt
30ml/2tbsp Olive oil
10g/1tbsp Black sesame seeds
40g Walnuts
50g Cranberries
50g Raisins
Recipe:
Sift 300g all purpose or bread flour
3g instant yeast
3g salt
25g white sugar
10g black sesame seeds
Mix well
1 egg
170-180ml milk
30ml olive oil
Mix well
Pour into the flour
Mix well
Cover and rest for 20 minutes
Cover and rise until double size
40g walnuts
50g cranberries
50g raisins
Mix well
Sprinkle some flour
Transfer the dough to a work surface
Knead the dough
Cover and rest for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes
Flatten the dough with a rolling pin
32x22cm
Spread the fruits and nuts on the dough
Roll up the dough
Pinch the ends
Divide into 6 parts
Place the rolls in the muffin pan
Cover and rise for 45 minutes
Egg wash
Bake for 20 minutes at 356F/180C
Place on rack to cool
So fluffy and delicious!
