Chinese Culture University was founded in 1962 by Dr. Chi-Yun Chang, the former Minister of Education of Taiwan, and is now one of the most comprehensive universities in the country. CCU offers 62 bachelor programs, 42 master programs and 10 PhD programs under 13 academic colleges, with approximately 26,000 students enrolled.

Chinese Culture University, as its name implies, has taken the responsibility of inheriting Chinese Culture. We offer a package of free courses with credits for international students.
