1. Hilsa fish : 6 pieces
2. Pumpkin leaves
3. Salt : Little bit
4. Turmeric powder : little bit
5. Red chilli powder : little bit
Now make a masala paste in grinder.
6. Mustard seed : 2 tsp
7. Yellow mustard seed : 2 tsp
8. Salt : Little bit
9. Shredded coconut : 2 tbsp
10. Water : 2 tbsp
11. Green chilli : 4 nos
Now a bowl and add 2 tbsp hung curd. Whip it. Add the paste and add:
12. Turmeric powder : little bit
13. Red chilli Powder : little bit
14. Mustard oil : 2 tbsp
Mix well. Now take each piece of fish on a single pumpkin leaf, cover with masala, fold it, and use thread to lock the leaves. Take a fry pan and add:
15. Mustard oil : 2 tsp
Now fry the fish on frying pan, turning again and again for a complete fry for 10 minutes.
