WOOL BREAD:-
This time my above video is about eggless ‘wool roll bread’. It's very easy to make with lots of 🤩
The whole art of making this bread is hidden in rolling it. Plus its filling makes it more luxurious. Here I have used chocolate for its filling, which is liked by everyone. You can use any other filling of your choice.
To make this beautiful bread, follow all the steps mentioned in the video.
Although any bread can be made at any time, but you can make this bread for your any special party attraction and get the most appreciation.
Ingredients you need to make it;
Maida (A P Flour) - 2-1/2 cup (300 grams)
Milk powder- 2 tbsp (20 grams)
Caster sugar - 1 tbsp
Instant dry yeast - 1-1/4 tsp
Fine salt - 1/2 tsp
Butter at room temperature - 2 tbsp ( 20 grams)
Full cream Milk - 160 ml
Use cream 2 tbsp if you are using low fat milk
Method-
Take all purpose flour and make a space between it and dissolve the yeast with 2-3 tbsp of milk.Then add salt , sugar and milk powder.
Knead with lukewarm or room temperature milk till the dough reaches most elastic stage.
Keep covered for rising (till doubles in volume).
Take out the dough on board and knock back (deflate the dough).
Now divide and make equal sized 4 balls. Keep covered with a kitchen towel for 10 minutes.
Roll each ball in rectangle (8” x 4”).
Mark it in halfway and cut with scrapper the other half in vertical lines (follow the video carefully).
Place 1 tbsp baking chocolate chips and roll it as shown. Make all rolls and arrange in a greased round baking pan (7”). Keep covered again and place it for second rising (proving).
Bake in a preheated oven (175 degrees Celsius) for 30 minutes ( first 15 minutes open then covered for next 15 minutes). Take out and brush with butter and cover with wet towel for 10 minutes.
WOOL BREAD is ready.
