When I was a kid, I obsessively taped hours upon hours of radio broadcasts. Recently, I've been digging out crates of these old cassettes and doing what I can to digitize and preserve them. This comes from one of those tapes spanning the spring months of 1984. I recorded it from my room in Victoria, BC, Canada, from which I could receive Tacoma and Seattle radio stations surprisingly well. I got up one morning, and recorded this brand new bumper on 101.5 K-PLUS FM, explaining the virtues of the practically unknown Compact Disc.
Enjoy!
