VEGAN Christmas HERRING in mustard sauce (a Swedish X-Mas DELI)
This is one of my favourites on the Christmas table. So flavourful and delicious.
Here are the ingredients I used:
2 large courgettes (u can also use aubergine)
100ml dijon mustard
100ml chunky mustard
150 ml sugar
2 tsp vinegar
100 ml oil
a large handull of fresh dill
5 spring onions or one leek
