These modules are brilliant for boosting a lower voltage to a greater voltage. However, what happens when the output is set at a much lower voltage than the input? The input voltage is set at 25V but the output voltage is turned down. What you can't see is what happens on the multi meter. The meter measures the same output as it does input but when continuing to turn the output voltage down, suddenly it jumps to around 50V and that's when I high tail it out of there because I know it's going to blow.
So a word of warning.
OUTPUT VOLTAGE MUST ALWAYS BE HIGHER THAN INPUT
