First we find and pin PowerShell and PowerShell ISE to the taskbar. I cover which PowerShell you need depending on if you use a 32 bit operating system or a 64 bit operating system. Then we do the same thing in Windows 8.1. Very basic, but useful depending on how much you know about Windows before Learning about PowerShell.
