Tibetan Tingmo Ingredients are as below.
Tingmo dough | Chinese Steamed Buns Dough
1: flour and 1 cup warm water
2: 2 teaspoon dry yeast
3: 1/2teaspoon oil

1: meat and salt
2:1 teaspoon oil
3:2teaspoon cooking wine
4: Ginger and garlic

Tingmo apply oil
1: 2 Teaspoon Black sesame seeds
2:1 teaspoon sesame oil and salt

Vegetable ingredient
1: meat and potato
2: been
3:1 tbsp soy sauce
4:1 sweet cooking wine
5: 1/2 Sugar Ginger and garlic
6: Some chilli!
