Amanda (Crystal Allen) and Alex (Călin Stanciu) are trying to escape the anaconda. Amanda distracts the giant snake by shooting it when he is about to catch Alex. Amanda rushes to escape by car, the snake chasing her but ends up in a car accident. Alex and Amanda run to escape.

What’s the movie Anacondas: Trail of Bloodabout?
Herpetologist Amanda Hayes (Crystal Allen), the sole survivor of the previous snake attack, finally learns her employer Peter Murdoch's (John Rhys-Davies) true colors when he hires a doctor to harvest a fresh supply of blood orchids, to experiment with the regenerative nectar on a baby snake in order to seek treatment for his own terminal illness. A baby anaconda is used for an experiment by Peter Reysner (Zoltan Butuc), which enables the anaconda to grow very large and live longer, and creates a serum for cell regeneration. After the test works for the long anaconda escapes from the cage and kills Peter in a mine filled with blood orchids. Murdoch sends his assassin Eugene and his team of mercenaries to find Peter and his serum so that it can cure him. Amanda is forced to secretly bring together another team of scientists who face off against the heavily armed squad of Murdoch's men to steal the coveted orchids before the killer Anaconda hunts both parties down.
