Today I'm taking you through a day in my life when I have an injury that prohibits me from playing volleyball. I vlogged the whole day so there are some fun clips from school in addition to all the PT, chiropractor, and healing that I do to try and get my body back to full capacity. This was definitely a more positive day for me but don't get me wrong, plenty of tears have been shed.
Being injured sucks no matter how severe. The purpose of this video was to give you my tips and perhaps inspire better moods when everything feels like it's falling apart. I love you all so much and thank you for your support!!
