Remember, it takes a couple of days to get used to putting in, wearing, and taking out your contact lenses. To take out your DAILIES TOTAL1® contact lenses follow these easy steps.

- First: wash and dry your hands with a clean towel. It's very important that your hands and fingertips are as dry as possible when removing your DAILIES TOTAL1® contact lenses. So completely dry fingertips will keep the lenses from slipping and make removing them even easier. Also avoid using rewetting drops right before taking out your contacts for the same reason.

- Blink fully several times and look into the mirror. Keeping your eye open, pull your top eyelid up with one hand and use the index finger of your other hand to hold down the bottom eyelid. Look up. Place the tip of your index finger of your bottom hand on the contact and gently slide it down to the lower part of your eye. Using the index finger and thumb of your lower hand gently pinch the contact between your fingers and remove it.
