Since I was a kid, Rum Raisin ice cream was a flavour I liked, I havn't had it since the 80's so thought I would go at it now.
Almost 40 years later, I thought it would be a good time to make this classic rum raisin ice cream again, full of REAL rum this time and with 'flavour bursting' raisins.
Was this a flavour you remember eating in your younger years?
What will you need for this?
550g Milk @ 1.8% fat
400g Cream @ 50% fat
130g Sugar
55g Dextrose
60g Skimmed Milk Powder
50ml Strong Rum
2g Stabilizer (optional)
