Welcome Back to my channel loves! Today we are making my favorite Brioche Bread recipe from Dorie Greenspare. This recipe never fails me and it’s versatile! Pizza, rolls, hotdog buns,the list goes on.
Recipe:
Makes 2 loafs
2 Sticks (8 ounces;226 grams) unsalted softened butter
3 1/2 cups(476 grams) all-purpose flour
1/4 cup(50 grams) sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons fine sea salt
4 teaspoons instant yeast
1/3 milk, room temperature milk
1/3 cup, room temperature water
3 large eggs, room temperature
1 large egg, beaten for glaze
Tablespoon of butter to brush after your loaf is finish baking
Leave dough for 24 hours overnight for maximum flavor.
