I rewatched Soul Eater recently, the good one not the disgraceful one, and it occurred to me how important Maka is as a lead female character. Given this series was made in the 2000s I couldn't believe how overlooked Maka is as a well developed, strong female character who didn't sacrifice her femininity to be interesting. I really love this show and Stein is my favourite character. What do you think? Would you like a remake?
