Royal Air Maroc's sole 747 blew one of its main gear tires upon landing on 06L. Just before it blows, you see a large amount of smoke; then the tire blowing up with a loud bang following. While taxiing to its gate; you can see the ripped tire... Never seen anything like that! Surprisingly neither the ATC nor the pilots reported the incident and after we [us spotters] called the incident in; there was no runway inspection... Strange but thankfully it taxiied back without further incident...
