🍑 Hip Mobility: Traveling butterfly
💥This exercises trains your hip mobility while sitting down. It’s a combination of movement and butterfly stretch. Even though you are sitting for this exercise, we are still moving and engaging the hips.
❓How to:
✅1. Sit on your butt with feet straight in front of you (long sitting).
✅2. Use your hands to push the hips forward toward your heels
✅3. You should end up being in a butterfly position (bottom of your feet together and knees bent outwards).
✅4. Push back and return to a long sitting position.
✅5. Perform 3 sets of 8-10 reps.
