Zucchini with Red Bell Pepper

Ingredients:

Olive Oil
1 pc. Garlic clove (minced)
1 pc. Red Onion (sliced )
1 pc. Zucchini ( sliced )
1 pc. Red Bell Pepper ( sliced )
1 tsp. Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp. Dried Thyme
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic and onion.
Add zucchini and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

2.Stir in red bell pepper and cook further for another 4 minutes.
Add dried oregano and dried thyme. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Serve immediately.
