🌿This vegetable version of the crinkle cake is easy to make and minimizes flour while adding plenty of healthy vegetables.
🌿Ingredients: filo pastry dough(phyllo pastry) 180g, 1/5 zucchini, 1/4 carrot, 1/2 potato, 1/2 tomato, 1/2 onion, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of salt.
-Egg mixture: 4 eggs, 1 cup of heavy cream, a little salt and pepper
-Oil sauce: A half cup of olive oil, 2 sprigs of parsley, 2 cloves of garlic
Instructions:
1.Slice the ingredients thinly with a slicer.
2.Put the ingredients for the egg mixture in a bowl and mix them.
3.Fold the filo pastry dough into an accordion shape.
4.Grease the pan with olive oil.
5.Place the filo pastry dough on the pan.
6.Insert the sliced vegetables evenly into the folds of the filo pastry dough.
7.Sprinkle with olive oil and salt.
8.Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C for 15 minutes.
9.Pour the egg mixture onto the baked cake.
10.Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C for another 30 minutes.
11.Meanwhile, let's make carrot juice with Hurom!
TIP. You can make it sweeter if you juice it with apples.
12.Finely chop the garlic and parsley, then mix them with olive oil.
13.Spread the mixture over the veggie cake.
14.Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
15.Slice the veggie cake into serving pieces.
16.Enjoy with carrot juice.
