My other recommendations:
- book later in the evening so you can go home and sleep - or if booking in the day, make sure you have what you need to style your hair after
- you may be more comfy if you don't wear makeup and jewelry to your appointment. I took my earrings out, and while my face was not wet at all during the appointment, I had makeup on, and I think it would have been more of a vibe barefaced!
