Ingredients:
Water
flour
yeast
sugar
salt
olive oil

1. Mix well salt, sugar, water, olive oil and flour in a bowl. Knead a soft, pliable dough. Divide into 10 equal pieces 65 gr each. Grease each ball with vegetable oil, cover with cling film, leave to rest for 30 minutes. Fold the dough gently and rest for another 30 minutes
2.Stretch each ball with roller gently, make it a bit thicker.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 240 C until cooked (about 3-4 minutes).
4. Cut and open the pocket bread and fill with whatever you like and enjoy.
