If the course duration or degree starting date is on or before 18/11/2021 (18th November 2021), the gazette is not applicable on you. However, if the admission is taken after the said date, or admission is taken before the said date but the duration of course or degree starts at a later date (December onwards), the NMC gazette notification 2021 (FMGL-21) will be applicable on you.

In simple words, the NMC gazette 2021 is applicable on all the students starting their course or degree after 18/11/2021 (18th November 2021) regardless of the date mentioned on their offer letters or admission letters. The course starting date or the degree starting date will be considered by NMC. A university may issue the offer letter at an earlier date or when it has been applied but what counts is your degree starting date. No country is perfect, no university is perfect and no country or university is bad. Collect all the factual information before taking an admission. Choose the one that fits into your budget.
