Today we are going to work on the illusion, which is a Dynamic transmission. You can use it, for doing afterwards some regrips or drops. The illusion is a very dynamic move and one of my favorites.
Even though it is a not so hard move, the most important is that you warm up your legs properly so that you have your hamstrings movable, because you need to do a proper pike.
it is a great move if you want to start to work on dynamics and it’s a great transmission. From there for example you can do that roll onto your stomach which is also very pretty.
