With all the other major cases being decided by the Supreme Court, you may have missed Snyder v. United States. The justices basically ruled a former small town Mayor was not guilty of accepting bribes from a local company after that same company was awarded two city contracts worth more than $1 million. Wait till you hear why the justices said the federal law forbidding officials from taking bribes didn't apply to the former Mayor. And you're definitely going to want to hear the dig the liberal justices took at the conservatives in their dissent.
