Gambino associate, Louie Lazzinnaro was summoned on a trip by acting boss, Pete Gotti who was escorting his niece, Victoria Gotti for a visit with her father, John Gotti at the U.S Penitentiary Marion.
After the visit, Victoria felt like taking in a movie. Pete instructed Louie to chaperone his niece to the movie theater.
Victoria's husband, Carmine "Bull" Agnello caught wind of the "movie night" and summoned Louie to his Queens junkyard where he repeatedly struck him with a baseball bat.
