Like being tucked under a warm blanket between two tiny oceans. No music. No surprise sounds. Just the soothing wash of two bilateral white-noise beaches rolling over a 5 Hz theta wave (68Hz & 73Hz). This has no heavy bilateral beat, but the ocean sound alternates bilaterally.

Depending on the session, use bilateral stimulation to enter a state of deep relaxation, drift off into a deep sleep, meditate, or motivate. During the video you'll hear a beat that goes between the left and right ear. This is to stimulate the brain and communication between hemispheres.
