It turns out that you can use the Victario's Charity Shield (or Replica Victario's Charity Shield) in order to generate charges *on hit* for your trap, mine, and totem builds. Those skills act as proxies for you, inherit your items... but still count YOU as a nearby ally --- which means you gain charges!
Some implications of this matter less, like Endurance Charge generation on a totem build. But some of these implications potentially matter a lot more, like Frenzy Charges on your Mine or Totem builds.
