This snappy little video explains what an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is, what determines its rating and how that rating can be improved.

EPCs' importance is growing as the government's MEES deadlines approach, which gradually increase the minimum EPC rating for buildings up to 2030, when all non-domestic buildings must have at least a B rating. As it stands, 87% of the UK's offices need upgrading to meet this deadline.
