It is noteworthy that the devs added not one, but four additional dialogs for the Cipher DLC in case you refuse to let Emma, Randal, Yuzu, and Shade join your team.

The first half of this video shows what happens if you do not have the other duo in your party. The second half shows if you have them.

Before you ask, no, you cannot have only one of the other two DLC units alive and try the others for additional dialogs. All four Cipher units have plot armor like Clive, Clair, Lukas, Saber, and so on. Meaning the dialogs will not change from what is shown here.
