Today I just wanted to share a little of what I've gone through both mentally and physically over the years. It's extremely important to take care of your body and your mind, as well as making sure your loved ones are doing well too.
I've struggled with iron deficiency anemia for over half my life and that has drained my mind and body within itself. On top of that I also struggled with my mental health at one point which I felt made matters worse and my body ultimately paid the price.
I hope this video is able to help someone who is experiencing what I have experienced myself.
