Leaving the dreadful sewers behind him Caleb reaches the surface and finds himself just outside the city hospital; however, it's been overrun by Tchernobog's loyal servants so Caleb doesn't have many options but to cleanse it from its evil grasp.

A favorite level by many fans of the Blood community and, may I say, a relief from the previous, fairly dull level.
