Welcome to the seventeenth video in my "'Romeo and Juliet' GCSE English Literature Revision" series! In this video, I analyse Friar Lawrence. I discuss who he is, his story-role, and what he might symbolise. I also analyse a bunch of quotations that relate to him, discussing how Shakespeare's use of language and writerly techniques helps to create certain impressions of Friar Lawrence. Right at the end of this video, there's even a 'big question' for you to consider as well!
