These Rise of the Tomb Raider PC Performance Low vs Ultra graphics benchmarks were carried out at 1920x1080 screen resolution on an Intel i7 5820K, Nvidia MSI GTX 950 Gaming 2G, 16 GB Memory PC.
The frame rate achieved with the Nvidia GTX 950 starts on the Lowest graphics setting runs at an average of 58 frames per second and drops down to an average of 25 FPS when the graphics quality is pushed up the max, which is called Very High in this version of Tomb Raider.
You can definitely see a visual drop in quality in Rise of the Tomb Raider when you lower the graphics settings to the Lowest setting compared to the Very High settings, as this PC gameplay performance video demonstrates.
You can adjust a variety of RotTR options within its graphics option menu to best suit your own PC hardware.
In terms of visuals vs performance, Rise of the Tomb Raider runs well and looks good, even on the lowest setting. You can check our site to see how well you can run this latest 2016 PC Tomb Raider and I will also create some more benchmark videos on a range of other hardware over the coming days.
