The Hunger Games Fan Camp was an event where fans could camp out at LA Live for a few days before the Los Angeles premiere of The Hunger Games in March 2012.
Lionsgate brought cast members, including Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Jackie Emerson, Alexander Ludwig, Isabelle Fuhrman, and Amandla Stenberg, to sign posters. Radio station giveaways, swag from sponsors, games, and events were happening all weekend.
When premiere day came, fans got a spot on the red carpet to take pictures, get autographs, and see the film's premiere. Camping out with fellow fans built camaraderie and morale, and the whole experience was electrifying. You could feel the Hunger Games insanity in the air!
